More new assets

James created a water cooler and is currently creating a security camera in Maya. The rest of the group are currently still creating their remaining assets. We updated the asset sheet accordingly in terms of owners and completion.

Also we added in the master file (LRC + Finance) to unity to replace the single LRC room. We then added the water cooler.

In terms of problems we have a few back face culling issues, which can be resolved easily.
